Terms of service

  1. All Sales Are Final: No Refunds or Exchanges Once Hair Has Been Delivered
  2. Delivery Information: Please be sure to double check your address and contact number. BK Tresses is not responsible for any delayed or missed deliveries.
  3. Same Day Orders: Orders need to be placed by 3 PM for delivery or pickup.
  4. Pickup Policy: ID and confirmation message must be presented at the time of pickup.
  5. Payments: All orders must be paid in full. 
  6. Communication/Processing: Please allow time for your order to be confirmed and processed. In the event that something is wrong with your order, please reach out via email: bkt@bktresses.co. We will be sure to respond and solve your issue as quickly as we can.
